Legal Aid Alberta is continuing our work to modernize the tariff structure and remove administrative burdens that have developed over the years.
We’re confident this work can solve some of the problems underlying the current block fees – such as inadequate compensation for taking on complex trial matters.
We would like to invite you to the first round of information sessions to tell you about the ongoing work that has been occurring.
