Child Representation Training

Legal Aid Alberta established a Child Representation Panel on April 1, 2022, with a three-year term.  

 

Lawyers who have a minimum of five year’s experience practicing family and experienced in working with children who are interested in applying to join the panel in April 2025, may be interested in attending this upcoming training session. Panel members must be committed to attending 8 hours per year of continuing education on the representation of children including training offered by LAA.

 

The training will feature a number of special guest speakers presenting on a variety of topics.
