Family law assessments are completed by an experienced team of lawyers and legal professionals who determine an applicant’s financial and service eligibility. The assessment team also offers valuable legal advice to help clients understand the next steps in their case. The team can provide referrals to the Government of Alberta’s Resolution Services as needed, ensuring clients have support from the beginning of a matter through to its conclusion. Resolution Services can help with legal procedures, including mediation and court forms.
The Family Law Assessment team is an important part of our strategic priority to ensure our services are accessible and delivered appropriately to Albertans.
